After Care Associate

This position serves as an after-school caregiver,reporting to the After Care Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision of play and socialization
• Oversees homework/study time
• Assists in preparation and serving of snacks
• Observes activities to ensure safety of the children
• Administers first aid, as needed
• Interacts positively and constructively with parents
• Available Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:00 p.m. and early release days August-May (school year only)

 Personal Characteristics/Qualifications:

• Has experience working with children in grades K-8
• Dependable, strong work ethic
• Demonstrates a caring, sensitive heart for children
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
