The Wesleyan Faculty Fellows Program is designed to give one year of guidance, training, and experience to recent college graduates considering teaching as a career. The Fellows Program provides individuals having little or no prior relevant teaching experience with the opportunity to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment in which they are given a great deal of responsibility and independence.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is $30,000 for the year.
- Housing is provided in homes adjacent to campus.
- Lunch is provided free of charge during school days.
- Fellows may elect to enroll in medical/dental/vision insurance.
- Year-long instructional coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Opportunities to serve as athletic coaches and/or sponsor extracurricular activities in fine arts or Christian life.
College students may apply for the program in their senior year. A bachelor's degree is required by August 1, 2026.
