The Wesleyan Faculty Fellows Program is designed to give one year of guidance, training, and experience to recent college graduates considering teaching as a career.
The Fellows Program provides individuals having little or no prior relevant teaching experience with the opportunity to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment in which they are given a great deal of responsibility and independence.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is $27,000 for the year.
• Housing is provided in homes adjacent to campus.
• Lunch is provided free of charge.
• Fellows may elect to enroll in medical/dental/vision insurance.
• Free Wellness Clinic on campus for employees enrolled in medical plan
• Year-long seminar class for professional development
