Established in 2004, the Faculty Fellows Program provides recent college graduates an opportunity to experience teaching in an independent school. Through individual mentoring, a variety of professional development opportunities, and immersion in school life, faculty fellows develop foundational skills and gain experience to pursue successful teaching careers as well as valuable work experience for pursuing careers outside the field of education. Classroom and extracurricular responsibilities for fellows vary based on placement and readiness, but all fellows observe their mentor teacher and other faculty before assuming teaching responsibilities. The faculty fellowship is a full-time commitment for one school year.
Candidates for the 2025-2026 school year must have successfully completed a bachelor's degree by August 1, 2025 to be considered.
APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN AND WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 14, 2025 WILL BE PRIORITIZED.
